By using this software you agree to the following conditions:

      All data is not to be taken 100% into consideration as of this data captured is out of our control. We rely that the sources we get the data from is legitimate and reasonable as a suggestive investment purpose, but not to be taken fully complete as a only decision to use for investment purposes. We are not reliable for investments that do not come in expected outcome since stocks can always change in the future, this data is to provide information that can help users analyze stocks based from past performance and make a personal judgment whether to invest or not. Data is not not captured in real time, as our systems have a 15 minute intervals to retrieve stock prices.Data collected comes from Yahoo Finance public API, free to the public. Data that is being collected by Yahoo Finance API are Daily Adj closed prices (starting January 2010 till present), Current Price, Opening price, P/E, P/B, Dividend Yield, PEG, EPS, 52 week high/low. Some values that are missing from Yahoo Finance database are marked as '-1'.

      Portfolios created with the feature using a high/low range and the number of portfolios to generate and compare, will display the most efficient portfolios created compared to the instance of the portfolio created at that given time with the selected stocks, it does not necessarily mean it is 100% efficient in the case when analyzing another instance with the same configurations can output another set of efficient portfolios different from the previous set. Using the customize portfolio feature, we do not guarantee any efficiency. When using our Portfolio Maintenance feature, we do not guarantee that the output of portfolios be as efficient as the original portfolio being used to modify. Users will have a maximum of 5 portfolios active. Any portfolio deleted will be completely removed from our systems. During the usage of this software we are not responsible for any data loss from any user activity. In the case that any issues arise from the user side when calculating or saving data or using our software, possibility of corruption will be responsible by the user. In the case we see corruption in our database due to any relation to the user, we have the right to remove that data from our systems to prevent any corruption to other users. In the case that there is corruption in any user data or general data caused by the company, we will not be responsible, we will delete the corrupted data to prevent from causing other data to be affected to other users. For courtesy, we will try to notify all affected users with the cause.

      Since this software is released as beta, there are possibilities that network issues might arise from out end. Expect constant maintenance from our end as we will be constantly modifying the software. Please visit our website to check for any maintenance announcement, if available, or the software will notify the user in the log in page.

      There will be a limit on number of users we will accept, the case that a registration was made and the limit exceeded, the prompt will notify the user that they will be placed on the wait-list with the position. It is the user's responsibility to continue checking what position they are placed or if their account has been active. We are not responsible if either the user has lost their account information or if there is a possibility of data corruption causing the account information to be lost. Any misuse of this software, will lead to termination of the account. We have to right to use any information stored in our database  without reason..

       We are not responsible if a miscalculation has been made as of the users should always confirm these calculations from alternative means. we do strive to  provide correct calculations, if a miscalculation is displayed, make sure to notify us so we can correct the calculation in our algorithms. we are not responsible for any investment loss as this tool is only used for statistical analysis towards a better investment decision, a decision made solemnly by  the person investing.
